Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Was contacted by TT's Recruitment Department. Total process consisted of a phone interview with the recruitment department, phone interview by hiring manager, take home test, and then I was called in for an onsite interview.
Onsite interview consisted of:
-a timed test,
-interview by 2 developers to go over my background and basic skills questions,
-interview by 2 more developers to go over the onsite test and take home test, then some white board questions,
-interview by 2 managers,
-and finally interview by the VP of engineering.
It was very tiring but everyone was extremely friendly and helpful
From the time of the first contact to the point that an offer was made was about 2 weeks but we had scheduling conflicts when trying to set up a time for me to come in for an interview.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
I was put in a conference room and after the HR person talked to me I interviewed with 3 people separately. All three of them were nice and polite and asked general questions, nothing technical. They did not quiz me on anything. They just chatted and asked the usual kind of questions and let me respond. They really listened to my responses and kind of sat back and listened. I felt I was very enthusiastic and passionate in my responses. It took like two weeks to hear anything and finally the HR person emailed me and said they were going to contiune to look. Have no idea why they didnt want me.

The recruiter contacted me for a half hour phone interview with the manager. Pretty basic stuff...nothing major...wanted to know what I did in my old job.
Called on-site later in the week. 3 ppl interviewed me..1:1....it was tiring but not too bad!

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 2 months)
I interviewed locally and at the home office in Chicago. During the entire process I met with 8 people and genuinely liked them all. Based on my limited exposure to the culture within the TT sales organization, it seems like a good fit for a candidate that likes an entrepreneurial environment where you have the freedom to chart your own course and the accompanying greater emphasis on personal responsibility and accountability for results.
