Interviewed May 2010 (took 5 days)
Met with Bob the engineering director of Trail King Industries. During the phone interview Bob asked questons that were not appropriate and it felt like outside factors not linked to my qualifications of the job were being considered. Bob did not seem very trustworthy and I questoned his leadership abilities. This was the biggest factor is considering employment with Trail King. The other interviewers were very easy to get a long with and made it a very easy interview. The other interviewers were the engineerining manager, the lead engineer, engineer service manager, production manger and a HR representative.
The experience was good and the interview took about 6 hours to complete with lunch and a shop tour.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
After the phone interview and the way the engineering manger acted upon arrival I did not feel I could trust him. The other managers seemed very trustworthy but it left me wondering what he would be like to work for. After that I did not feel the overall culture was a good match.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.
