Interviewed Jan 2012 in Chicago, IL (took 4+ weeks)
I was given 3 phone interviews, a 24 hour test on options and futures pricing, and an onsite visit. Two of the phone interviews are technical, consisting of basic logic and math questions, while the third interview was a personality/getting to know you type interview. Overall, the phone interview process was not too difficult.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 4+ weeks)
I got the interview through an internal referral from an alumni of my school. They contacted me within a week.
1st interview was about my resume (my interviewer and I had a common interest in foreign exchange trading so half of the interview was spent on that) and the last half was brainteasers and expected value questions. Trader seemed much more interested in my background and getting to know me and the brainteasers were just a formality to see if I could do them. He was very nice although I'm pretty sure he was fighting to stay awake haha (I interviewed early in the morning and his shift was about to end). Other reviews are good examples of questions asked. I recommend the book "Heard on the Street" by Crack to practice.
2nd interview was very different than anything I had done previously. I received a list of questions 24 hours before my interview that I was to answer and send back before he called. They were very challenging questions related to derivatives and futures. I had considered my knowledge of derivatives (options especially) to be very solid but I struggled through it. However, the questions are solvable and I got them all right after a lot of research. Interview talked about my answers as well as general behavioral questions (strengths, weaknesses, etc.). Guy was nice and interview went amazing. I really liked the format of this interview stage.
3rd interview was exclusively behavioral with really tricky questions like "what is something I shouldn't know about you" and "if you could eliminate evil at the expense of free choice, would you do it?" I thought it went really well but I guess it just wasn't a good fit because I got dinged at this stage.
Overall, I was extremely impressed with TransMarket though to be fair all of the guys I interviewed with were from Aardvark trading, their quantitative subsidiary that they merged with early in 2011. I can't say much about the original TransMarket Group Traders unfortunately. I have done interviews with other top prop firms (Infinium, Chopper, DRW, Wolverine) as well as Bulge bracket I-banks and in many ways I believe that TransMarket Group has the best interview process. The interviews are tough but fair and I really wish I got the chance to work there. With the merger, they are expanding into several asset classes and it seems to be an exciting time to be at the firm. Good luck to anyone who is interviewing with them!

Interviewed Feb 2009 in Chicago, IL (took 4 months)
First i had an hour long phone interview that cinsisted exclusively of behavior questions. Then they flew me in to Chicago for second rounds. Had 4 one on one interviews and tow written tests. There was a math test and a logic test, 30 minutes each. The interviews were all behavioral and the people were nice and laid back.
