Interviewed Apr 2011 in Denver, CO (took 2+ months)
The interview process was done by 2 people, neither one of them being HR. One was the hiring manager, a C-level execute and the other a manager of the same level for another product. It was pretty informal, however, neither one of them really knew what they were doing in terms of asking the right questions.

Negotiation Details
I was able to negotiate, however, they did not budge on salary. Advice: they are very strict on their salary offers.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 2 days)
Answered an ad. Had a screening interview with the people I would be working with directly. A second interview followed with the hiring authority who was physically located at another facility. My current salary seemed to be a stumbling block and I felt, given the job responsibilities, were not out of line.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Denver, CO (took 2+ weeks)
It was too easy. They really don't care who they hire because they will just push you out if things don't work out.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Cedar Rapids, IA (took 3 months)
Phone interview with HR followed by a skills/personality test. 2 group panel interviews followed by a job shadowing for 1/2 day. Questions asked were a mixture of personalty/behavioral questions and about related experience for the job. Once job was offered, background check is conducted. Many nice people, but very corporate - work environment is a giant cube farm.
