I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Transfreight in July 2010.

Interview Details – I was given a short phone interview and then was called for a panel interview after about 2 1/2 weeks. I was interviewed by the contract manager and the fleet supervisor who had only been employeed for 11/2 weeks. I felt as thought niether of them were comfortable with their role as interviewer which made me uncomfortable as well.

Interview Details – Interview process will be drawn out. Expect several phone interviews as well as multiple in person interviews. Emphasis problem solving, customer service and time management skills Focus on what you bring to the table, not what you expect from them. Have to hand several good examples of when you faced a problem and a step by step explanation of how you solved the problem. Emphasis strong work ethic and creative thinking skills.
