I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Transtar in October 2011.
Interview Details – Interviewed with the head of operations and an HR recruiter. They were very easy going and made it comfortable to talk to. I had to take a personality test first followed by the in person interview. The operations manager was interested on how I viewed safety and wanted examples used in past experiences. He spoke alot about how the company developed and what has changed in the past few years. The HR lady was more about reading prepared questions off of her notes and scribbling answers.
