Interview Details – I applied online and received an email the day after requesting to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter. After the phone interview, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and regional the same day. I had one more interview with the vice president and received an offer the next week.
Interview Question –
What characteristics do you think are important to have as an underwriter?
Mostly standard questions in which they expect an example of how you handled a specific situation (ex: how you handled a difficult customer, describe a mistake you have made and how you corrected it)
