Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 3 weeks)
Telephone Interview consisted of general background questions & a verbal quiz of sorts involving various insurance terms. Then had to go in to take a 3 hour assessment exam. Interview was scheduled to be with 1-2 people but ended up with a panel of about 6 people.

The fourth section you have 15 minutes to complete and it dealt with reading and spelling, punctuation type questions really easy. The fifth section was not a test just a personality type test with the answers being choose 1 for really don't agree, up to 5 for really do agree. Not hard you have 30 minutes to do it. Sixth section had you writing a response letter to a complaint you have 15 minutes to do it in. The last section (7th) was a simple excel exercise using the old excel not 2007. And I was given 10 minutes to complete that one. Overall not very hard but you do need to be careful and manage your time wisely especially on the first two sections of the assessment.
