Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
Proces went very smoothly. Had two initial phone interviews with the recruiter for about an hour each, which I was invited to meet one on one with a couple managers thereafter. I spoke to two managers again for about an hour each- the first was more conversational and informative about the position, while the second individual asked harder questions. Afterwards, the recruiter had set up another phone call which he said would be brief, so I expected to get an offer. It turned in to another hour long interview, which completely caught me off guard (that may have been the plan). The next week I finally got the offer, which I accepted. Total interview time was about a month and the recruiter was very responsive and timely in getting meetings set up which made for a smooth process

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 2 months)
Through school, I introduced myself to the recruiter and emailed him my information. I had a phone interview a few days later with him and he let me now he would keep me in mind as positions became available in underwriting. About a month later, I received a call from the recruiter and he let me know there were 4 trainee positions. We set up times for me to interview and I ended up receiving 3 job offers out of the four divisions I interviewed for at the company. I had 11 interviews total, very exhausting but worth the effort. Advice: know the company your are applying for, why you want to work for them, their competition, and know why you would be good for the job you are applying for. They will ask you about your strengths and weaknesses, sales questions, etc.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took a day)
Company called me for initial phone interview. Basic personal questions. then asked three behavioral questions . Pretty straightfoward. they told you what was coming and didnt throw curveballs. Very polite and they understand that interviewing over the phone can be difficult. They said to call back in a few days or week to see how selection process is going. after phonw interview, if selected, you will interview in person with hiring manager. may have more than one in person interview

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Dallas, TX (took a day)
Both of the hiring managers I interviewed with were very nice. The interview questions were very typically behavioral questions for the most part. Come prepared with some information about the company and the business segment you are interviewing for, it will impress your interviewer(s).

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Saint Paul, MN (took a day)
Applied online, had a 30 minute phone screen with HR and was invited for an in-person interview.
Was interviewed by 2 people. Hiring manager and unit manager. About a 2 hour interview. They made it sound like I was going to be brought back in for a 2nd and 3rd at the same time (was out of town and relocating). I NEVER heard back from them. No phone call, email, or letter saying I was no longer considered. Very frustrating.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Hartford, CT (took 1 week)
The interviewer asked pretty standard questions. I was not too excited about the job but gave it a good effort. The recruiter never responded to me or a couple of my friends that also interviewed. She just left us hanging.
