Interviewed May 2009 in Traverse City, MI (took 8 weeks)
Took them 3 weeks to e-mail me the "offer" Sales Manager was upset that I did not respond right away? Reason being he sent it to the wrong e-mail address!

Very unprofessional of them to send it to the wrong e-mail address when they are a publisher and should PROOFREAD!
