Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Mill Hall, PA Dec 2010 – Reviewed Oct 15, 2011
Interview Details – I filled out an application and handed in my resume. I was contacted by the general manager a couple days later and was asked to come in for 1 on 1 interview. I went in the next couple days for the interview. I had no experience in the gas field so I asked a lot of questions and got a very good explenation of things. I was asked a few questions about my previous jobs. At the end of the interview I was offered a job and accepted. I started working two weeks later. Be honest, outgoing, and confident but not cocky. Let the interviewer know what you have to offer. The overall process was stress free and the people were friendly, easy going, and proffesional. It seemed like a good place to work and has turned out to be just that.
Interview Question – I don't remember any difficult or unexpected questions. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was offered a job at a set hourly start wage and I accepted without negotiating. I wish I would have asked for a little more. Its easier to get more before you are hired than after, and it doesnt hurt to try.
Other Details - I applied in-person and the process took 3 days.
