The interview process was very long there were 4 rounds and everyone who was on the panel seem to have different ideas..there were unrelated questions and also confusion amongst the panel members .also
On more than one occasion interview time was set but more met ...even I was made to sit for hours before being called

1st written test(aptitude+simple technical)
I dont think if they've checked the answer sheets
2nd HR interview(general Hr ques+comm skills)
3rd technical(simple ques about project done.testing ques,c,c++ basics.It was not so difficult)
I have heard for the first time for the next 2 rounds
4th Mangerial round(Sort of HR)
5th directorial round(sort of HR)
After that out of 20 students they shortlisted 3 students including me :)
