I was selected for a phone interview and then a face-to-face interview with the team. For the face-to-face interviews, I met with the hiring manager first, then followed by a group/panel format meeting

First recuriter called me and then a few weeks later hiring manager called me to ask for an on-site interview. The interview lasted 4,5 hours and met with 4 engineers and 1 manager. The most part of interview is technical. And engineers are very nice and respectful expect one is asking very trivial but tricky questions. In general, the people there are easy going. The downside is low salary comapred to other comanies.

The company had come at a career fair where I submitted my resume. Then I got a call from the manager to schedule onsite interview. I was interviewed by 5 people each one interviewing me for 20-30mins. Since, it was for an intern position, the interview was not that grilling.

The interview process was tough but it was very informational. They want to make sure that you are not only right for the position but right for the team you will be working with.

Was initially contacted by the HR person scheduling the interviews with the hiring manager. It took just over a week for the hiring manager to set up the initial call. The job description was very broad; the series of questions was much more technical in nature and did not match with the job description. This company is oriented towards development of new products in addition growth through acquisitions. I think that the newer hires are genuine people and the employees that have been there a while are a bit more calloused. I got the sense that the employees work hard and were compensated fairly.
