Called by CEO to interview for position of Technology Assistant. Which is really not much of an Assistant as it is an expert position. However you do have an Admin to report to which is nice. The Admin was very kind and full of useful information about the job. The Administration office was very well kept and clean as well.

Negotiation Details
I negotiated that the average salary was in between 35k-65k for this type of work. After asking what are their fears about the job and what they would like out of the position I applied my talents and skill set to these desires and stated that with these skill sets I'm definitely valued at the higher end of the pay scale.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.
