The interview was very professional. The founder actually called and interviewed me on the phone first. I then came in for a face to face and personality test. They called me after the test results came back and did one final face to face with the owner and sales manager.

It was an entry level position with a fair bonus as soon as I could reach it so I didnt even ask to negotiate.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Personality Test.
