Interview Details –
Had a network connection that directed me to their website to check for jobs
Applied in person with a paper application
Got a call back for an interview with warehouse foreman
Interviewed with warehouse foreman
Came back to meet the manager and was offered the position
Started soon after
Interview Question – The questions were all typical and seemed more of a gauge of hard skills/credentials to do the job. If the warehouse foreman likes you, you will get the job most likely. View Answer
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation. The manager knew what he was going to offer and wasn't going to pay anything different.
Very Easy Interview
I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Tuff Shed in October 2012.
Interview Details – I came in for an interview and talked to the District manager and the operations manager. They were both easy to talk to and get along with. they told me right away that they hadn't given raises in a few years and weren't sure when they would be able to again. it was a pretty simple interview. they offered me the job on the spot after a little pay negotiation. i accepted and they sent me to get a physical and drug tested.
Interview Question – nothing really pops to mind as being difficult Answer Question
Negotiation Details – pretty quick and painless. i asked for $15/hr and they said $14 since i was unable to drive at the time.
