Interviewed Apr 2010 in Alexandria (Egypt) (took 2+ weeks)
A friend of mine sent my resume to the PCS manager who called me for quick phone interview, He called me 2 days letter for 1:1 interview which was only 30 minutes. I got another call 3 days later for another interview with the operations manager which was only for negotiating salary. I got the offer a week later and I have accepted it.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
I was able to negotiate. Know something about the salaries in the company you are going to and know your market value to ask for a reasonable number.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 2 days)
Interview Update:
I was invited to return in late Oct to their second round interviews. They provided flight and hotel. The process took two days. First day, dinner with some of the younger field engineer types and HR manager with all the other candidates (6 of us). We were given an agenda for the next day's activities, which consisted of a round-robin like interview process. We each interviewed with 5 people, each interview took 30 mins. All of the interviewers were PMs or Senior PMs, and all were very nice, almost overly nice.
The interviews went quite quick, (wear a suit), They had questions that they were supposed to ask, most didn't really follow the scripted questions (one did).
It was more of get to know your personality and see if you will fit with the culture type of interview. There were lots of young people (35 and below) at the main office, lots.
Typical questions were:
What do you know about Turner?
What type of job do you see yourself performing with Turner?
Why Turner?
Each interviewer asked me one behavior question and each question was different.
As always the behavior questions are the most difficult, but they are typical questions that you can find some decent answers via google.
Advice:
Smile, be happy, they love it
Don't be overly happy, they don't love it
Be casual and sociable.
Be novel and smart, not overly trying to prove how much you know. You'll end up showing how much you do not know, and that's bad. (one such candidate was like this during our interviews, smart cute rich sorority girl)
Market your personality strengths
Speak clearly
Don't be nervous, no need, everyone is nice
Ask questions, it displays interest, but don't be obnoxious (sorority girl - just think legally blond, lol)
After the 2nd round interviews
We were told that we would have to wait for the results up to a month and not to get nervous if you didn't hear anything for a while. They said if they knew they were not going to select you then you might hear from them sooner, so no news was better than bad quick news.
It took a month to hear back from Turner and in this economy it is very difficult to not get nervous.
They offered me a position last week.
Wasn't the best salary offer by far (benefits better than most), but the overall package and the type of people/environment that Turner seems to offer led me to accept the offer.
So, I'm a field engineer at Turner now. And I'm excited to get to work.
Feel free to ask questions.
Interview Questions
If you were part of a football team, which position would you select and why?
Negotiation Details
I tried to negotiate, because I had just turned down a higher offer from a smaller company, because I was waiting to hear back from Turner. Turner offered a base salary 6000 lower than the other company, but I really didn't want to work at a smaller company. I just liked the vibe and the prospects of working for Turner a bit better than the other company.
Turners 401K match and company contributions were decent and the medical was very decent. So, taking into account the benefits and the overall compensation in comparison to the other company, Turner actually came out on top even with a disparity of 6000 in base pay. This is mainly because the other companies medical package sucked.
The HR said that their offer was typical and consistent with the median in the area, which it really isn't, if you are considering just the base salary.
The HR did mention that Turner interns typically might be able to negotiate a higher base salary for entry level positions.
I didn't try as hard as I could, because I had already passed up one offer and didn't have anything else on the table from other companies, plus, I really did like the company's attitude towards employees and professional development.
One thing I will say is that you do get the feeling that, the interview process wasn't really the company atmosphere and that you might be surprised if you think that that type of attitude and atmosphere is an everyday thing at Turner. I do not know, I guess, we will see soon enough.
I start in Jan. after graduation.

The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
The employers were really relax and it was a non-technical interview. Most of the questions consisted of how you can tackle problems with multiple deadlines. They basically want to see if you are organized, hard working, and have a great work ethic. Always make sure you come prepared with past experiences where you worked with a team or had a conflict with a group member. Be specific in how you solved the problems and what contributions you brought to the team.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 2 days)
There was an information session the day before on-campus. Since we were informed on all the company history and ins and outs, we didn't have to go over that during the interview the next day. I had been scheduled to do an interview with two Turner employees; however, there were scheduling issues and I ended up with one interviewer and he was the younger guy without much say in the decision-making. Therefore the interview was not very thorough and I didn't get the opportunity to talk with the more senior lady who was in charge of all the interviews.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Pittsburgh, PA (took a day)
I just finished the first interview that was 1:1 compus interview. It last about 30 minutes. The questions were pretty normal such as how did you set a goal and accomplish it? how do you made a decision that was related to you and others? how did you impact your peers? how did you came up with a new method when there was one existed?

Interviewed Nov 2010 in New York, NY (took 2 months)
The first interview consisted of a 1:1 with an HR representative. She went through my resume and had a checklist of questions to ask me. In addition to standard questions (Why Turner?), she threw in some behavioral questions (teamwork is very important). I didn't hear back from HR for a little over a month, but was then invited to a second round interview. The second round interview consisted of 30 minute interviews with 6 different Turner employees. Everyone was really nice, but sometimes asked the same questions, so it got a little confusing and I was worried about repeating myself. The employees all loved Turner (of course), but they came across quite genuine.
