Accepted Offer – Interviewed in May 2011 – Reviewed Jul 1, 2012
Interview Details –
-Initial contact takes longer than expected
-After accepting the offer plan to be unemployed for at least a month as you can not begin until gaming license and drug test is complete (a timely process)
- Unprofessional interviewing techniques (interviewed in a public bar area and was asked few questions that actually pertained to job knowledge, skills or education)
Interview Question – None Answer Question
Negotiation Details – -This company literally throws away money so if they want you, they will offer a bit more. However, once you accept an offer they will not consider raises unless they decide to give a holiday bonus which only totals about 3% of annual salary.
