Interview Details – Usually it's three phased. 1) group exercise of all candidates; 2) individual oral interview with a panel of 3 - 4; and 3) a written assignment comprising questions on themes relevant to the work of the organization, testing awareness of current affairs, problem solving acumen and evidence of leadership and management capabilities
