Interviewed Jun 2011 in Boca Raton, FL (took 2 weeks)
I had a phone interview with the recruiter who screened for salary and required skills. This was followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. Subsequently, the recruiter followed up to schedule an in-person interview. Unfortunately, prior to the in-person interview happening there was a hiring freeze at the company.

Interviewed Apr 2009 (took 1+ week)
interview process involved phone screen by HR; a week later called in for face-to-face with 3 executives/directors, 3 developers, 2 qa people; company seemed small (was later acquired by Tyco); seemed like an office about to close/very quiet; people seemed nice enough, but compartimentalized (i.e., focused on their own areas of expertise and not overall business); some seemed uncertain about what their roles were/would be with acquisition; got perception that management was OBN;

Interviewed Dec 2009 (took 1 week)
Interviewed with 5 different managers over a period of 6 hours. Many were not very skilled in the process, but no serious problems. Many were very helpful in explaining the operations. Final interview was with HR mgr. who made you feel very comfortable and asked good questions.
I made it to the final 2, but how the actual decision was made was unknown.

Simple, I have a phone interview, next day I got the 1:1 interview, just one and 30 minutes after I left I got a call from the staffing agency that they want to make me an offer. The drug test was after I received the offer.
