Leader Development Trainee Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate
Cleveland, OH

I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at U.S. Bank in November 2011.

Interview Details – I went to the LDP interview day at a hotel in downtown Cleveland. They run several groups throughout the day. The process starts with a short meet and greet where you are expected to mingle with the US Bank people there and the other interviewees.

The group is then split in two, one half is sent to interview with US Bank branch employees while the rest have a Q&A session with the district manager.

The interview process is surprisingly short, maybe only 15 minutes so be prepared. They don't really care why you may or may not know about US Bank, really they want to see if you have any kind of customer service skills (hence all the mingling and the Q&A). They want to see your personal skills more than anything else.

Interview Question – How have you been a leader to someone in the last week?   Answer Question
