Interview Details – Asked general questions about QA process. In the end I was told they liked how I interviewed and was supposed to get feedback from them the following week. Took almost three weeks later to get a generic rejection letter and it seems that they decided to go another route by hiring temporary contract for a QA assignment (found out through other sources, not from the letter).

Interview Details – They are very professional. A staffing manager contacted me and arranged and interview, I met with the manager. My position is sales related and so we reviewed my past experience in sales and my education, because this was a telephone banking position I participated in a mock call, which I found would be simple for anyone with experience in sales or at least a small background in financial products.

Name a time when you dealt with a rude customer.
Name a time when you had a projector goal that need to be completed and how did you go about completing that task?

Negotiation Details – Not much negotiation, the position was entry level with a pay range of 12-14 dollars per hour. They called and offered me the potion and I said based on my experience I wanted the highest pay for the position, which they agreed to give me.

Interview Details – I got a call from a customer service manager to come in for an interview. came in and was interviewed by two women. it was semi-formal, and i felt very sure of myself. they asked straight forward questions, tell me about a time you had a mad employee, tell me about a time you had to deal with a stressful environment, tell me about a time when you showed exemplary customer service, tell me about a time you had to show team work, etc...then got a call for 2nd interview. went in and had another interview with two different women. a little more indepth questions, but mostly the same, customer service questions and see if you fit in their culture. got a call back about a week later and was offered a full time position.
Interview Question – Tell me how you would interact with a customer if you were working at the teller window, and what you would like to see as the customer service aspect View Answer
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiating because i had researched what other tellers in the area got, and put that down on my application, so when they offered me twelve an hour, i took it

Interview Details – I was looking to relocate to another state so I contacted the district manager and hiring manager for a new branch location. They each scheduled a phone interview which I called in on a conference line and was asked questions for about an hour.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time you made an exception to policy. What was the reason and the result? View Answer
Negotiation Details – Base is set, little room for negotiation in my case, I've heard there is more to negotiate when you are licensed or fluent in other languages.

Interview Details – short general phone interview, it was prelim to see about a in person interview, they assured us that we would be called within 2 week by home office to get a in person interview in but call never came and didnt have contact number to get ahold of them.
