Interviewed Nov 2011 in Cape Girardeau, MO (took 5 weeks)
I had 2 1:1 interviews and an interview with the district manager. I really felt that the branch did not know what they were doing during the process because the right didn't tell the left what was going on. They would tell you that they would call you either way in a week but a week and a half later no call. Then I would have to call them and schedule another interview. I had a total of 3 interviews and they said they were still not sure who they were going to pick. They gave alot of excuses and wasted alot of time since each interview was over an hour in length.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Dayton, OH (took 2 days)
Yu are asked simple questions like where do you work before; They did not seemed to be prepared for my interview which at the point I told my self maybe they are too busy to read a resume. I just thought there was a lack of experience by the interview panel.

Negotiation Details
research your position as much as you can, talk to employees before taking the position. I was not told exactly about my duties and the point systems there is in place for commissions. Now That I am in, I am sure I would have never taken this job.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took a day)
I applied online to see what I could get. Got a phone call the next day after I submitted the app to come in for an interview. The interview was a joke. Asked all the normal questions and how I expected to generate leads and new money. The interview took about 20-30 mins. I waited a week or two then called back, since I really wasn't that interested in the job, but at that point they offered me the job and I accepted.

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took a day)
The interview process consisted of the employer asking questions and recording the answers given by me, I believe that was affective because it can be referenced to in the future. The interview was lengthy, however, it established a relationship with myself and the employer. Always make eye contact.
