Sales Representative Interview

Sales Representative
Des Moines, IA

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at U.S. Cellular in January 2009.

Interview Details – My interview process strated by filling out different forms and questionaires sent by the company to make sure I was a good fit for their culture. I also had to do a drug test. This was followed by a 1:1 interview. This process was about 2-3 weeks and I was offered a position about 2 weeks later.

Interview Question – I don't remember an unexpected question, I just remember it was one of the longest drawn out interview processes I've gone through - if I could recommend anything, it would be to make sure your approach to sales is pro-active.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – If you don't take the offer you won't be given a second chance.
