There are hard-working, dedicated people @ CRDF. But perhaps there's a reason why they're at a non-profit - i.e. that they're hard-working and dedicated but perhaps a bit too disorganized. You need to know your material before interviewing. Be prepared for professional treatment with the occasional off-putting weirder-than-normal people. They don't get back to interviewees for a looong time.

The interview process was organized. I applied online and was interviewed by phone and later asked to come in for two more interviews. The interviewers were very knowledgeable about the organization and friendly. My overall experience was very positive.
