I interviewed before a panel of three. I hadn't interviewed outside my own agency for over 20 years, so I was very rusty. I felt like their questions were taken from the internet, much like I'm doing now trying to find answers to these questions on the internet.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Skills Test.
