U.S. Department of Education Upward Bound English Teacher Interview

Interview Details – This is the weirdest interview I've ever had. I went prepared with questions about the organization, but was not able to get a word in edgewise because the Director did nothing but talk about the organization. She told me what Upward Bound did, the population they serve, how hard it is to get students to buy in to being educated, then wrapped up the interview, asking me to forward my transcripts as well as a blurb via e-mail as to why I would like/would be a good fit for this job. Very strange.
