Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 2 weeks)
After 2 separate interviews, there was no more communication. They didn't let me know that they had chosen another candidate. Pretty unprofessional.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 1+ week)
During my first interview, I realized that the people at this division had the same values and beliefs in honest work that i had.
Don't always believe what other competition is saying, most of the time it's wrong

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 2 days)
The interview consisted of 200+ applicants jammed into 2 large conferance halls. Every upper level manager in the division then interviewed everyone. If you survived the first interview, you moved on to the next interviewer, if you did not, you were shown the door. It was like a "employment speed dating". Extrememely efficient and well planned out. I made it through the process, and received a call the next day letting me know I got the job.
I was asked very basic interview questions, discussing my past experience etc.

No negotiation. Everyone they hire off the street gets the same compensation package. If you work for a competitor and want to join the company, you may have some negotiation points for mileage reimbursement etc.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took a day)
Applied on line was contacted two days later by a District Sales Manager. Note: If they do not call you immediately move on to your next job application, trust me on this. Communicated via email with DSM for about three weeks before my interview was set. Interviewed with Regional Sales Manager and DSM. Was given very positive feedback but was one interview out of three weeks of interviews. Interview was extremely easy. Focused on my job skills and my business management. Never asked about my knowledge of the company. very pleasant experience.

Interviewed May 2009 in Dallas, TX (took 4 weeks)
Took about 3 weeks after I had sent my resume to get an interview. When I walked in, I was greeting very warmly and was told I was expected. Met with Training Manager and felt very at ease with him. He was very professional, asked the right questions, listened to my answers, and gave great information about the company culture, training, job responsibilities, etc. Was to also meet with Human Resources Director, but she was unavailable. Since then, at about 4 weeks, I have contacted both the Training Manager and HR Director, but have not received any response.
