Interviewed Dec 2011 in Clewiston, FL (took 2 days)
Setup the interview through human resources. Interviewed by the engineers; very nice and knowledgeable people. Given a tour of the facilities; they explained their future plans. Got to ask questions about the job.
They wanted to make sure you are comfortable working in an industrial setting. I really liked this place. I feel an engineer would have a lot to learn in many different areas; in my opinion that is the great plus on this job. The area where the plant is located is not very nice, that is the only negative thing about this opportunity.
