Pretty informal; several people came by to ask questions, no real structure. However, they are Very strict with the background check and drug testing. Better not have any DUIs or have done any kind of drug. Told I could make $300k/year, haven't even broken $100k, only a few (sales) people in the company appear to make over $100k

I received a phone call from the human resources department who set up a phone interview with the sales manager , I then interviewed one on one with the same sales manager, then scheduled interview one on one with the general manager. I was then contacted by the human resources department to take a online test that consisted of math and verbal questions.
