Interviewed Oct 2010 in Chicago, IL (took 2 weeks)
I applied for the position on the B of A career site and received a call from a recruiter about 10 days later. She was very friendly and just quickly went over my info and explained the job and said they wanted to set up an interview. Got a call from a coordinator the next day and set up an interview for the following Monday. Interviewed for about 45min with the Trust Officer I would have worked with and just went over my resume and asked some basic questions. Very friendly and polite, seemed like a great person to work for. I received a call the next day and set up a the second interview with three more people for that Friday. Each was a 1:1 interview for 30min. Two of the people were in the same position and basically went over daily duties and what to expect on the job. The third was a VP in charge of the Trust Officers and he went over his expectations and asked some basic questions. I then went home and waited to hear back. After a week I called the recruiter and was told that they narrowed it down to me and one other candidate and would be making a decision in the next day or two. I waited three days and called her again. She eventually returned my call the next day and informed me that they had chosen the other candidate because they were already employed with US Trust and had a good reputation. It was a good experience aside from not being contacted by HR in a timely manner.

Interviewed Apr 2008 (took 2 days)
It was generally a person to person interview, 2 PMs and also met withe regional head. Also had interview with the other PM Associates in the area as well. It was generally a pretty good experience, behavioral, not much quant. The work environment is good and people treat you well. Its not too challenging and there is definitely space for personal life.

Interviewed Aug 2008 in Chicago, IL (took 2 weeks)
I had my resume posted on Monster.com and an internal recruiter called me after reviewing my resume. The recruiter gave me a 45 minute phone interview on the spot. A few days later, I went down to their Chicago office and had a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. They brought me back the following week and I interviewed seperatley with three different individuals on the team that I would be potentially joining. I was given an offer roughly 10 days later after calling the recruiter and putting some pressure on him (I had another pending offer).
The people in the office ranges from portfolio managers, trust officers, client managers, client advisors, wealth strategist and various support staff. All the individuals in client facing positions are very polished (MBA, JD, CFA, CFP) etc. The best part about the job is interacting and talking with these individuals. The worst part of the job is lack of training and career path. It is a good position if you are interested in banking right out of college because it exposes you to a lot of different companies and indivudals. That being said, you have to be very proactive and "steer" your own ship.
