Interview Details – The TELUS TLDP interviewees were very inexperienced, all of them were only about 1.5 ~ 2 years old in TLDP program. I had never have experienced such a unseasoned interviewees because typically you would expect a director or a senior manager involved during new graduate hire process so I found this to be very awkward.

Interview Details – Well, when the professor checked my resume, he sent me a email to ask for a interview. I think the most important thing is that his lab really need people. I prepared the material to introduce what kind of research I did last year in details. It's not really related to what he wanted me to do in the future, however, it's important to show you can do the work and you can learn.

Interview Details – The hiring and interview process is well organized and the interviewer is very nice. You will need to read and research a lot on the target company to make sure that you understand the industry and the company well. The interviewer will provide some background information on the target company.
