basic interview questions such as tell me about yourself, why you picked your college/major(s), plus asked me some analytical questions about the effects of things such as the Greece bank defaulting, not incredibly hard but tougher than most I've had thus far, shouldve studied up more

Interviewed Feb 2012 in New York, NY (took 6 weeks)
I was interviewed by the on campus recuit team and the questions was consisted of both behavior and tech questions, except the general HR questions there were some brain teasers as well. It was a 1 to 1 interview and it was very casual, nothing too strict and business like. After one week from the interview, I was invited to their super day, and now I am preparing for the superday now.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Weehawken, NJ (took 4+ weeks)
The first round 1:1 interview took place at my campus. It was very easy and very relaxed. The interviewer was very nice and we just chatted for the majority of it. Just talk about your resume.
The second round was their "super day" which had a hand full of other intern potentials. The interviews consisted of 3 1:1 interviews all back to back. It was a little tedious because they kept asking me the same questions. The day ended with all the interns given a scenario and working together as a group to solve the problem while the interviewers were watching. My advice would be to contribute in the discussion no matter what.

Was invited for on campus interview first, which is basically a discussion of your resume. Then got invited to superday at their office location in Jersey. People were great. They changed the interview pattern a little, it's more technical now with a a few written coding questions.

Interviewed May 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
Went to the NY offices and had four 30 minute interviews with a couple of prime brokers, a client relations representative and the director of equities. Pretty much ran through my resume and asked me about my background and why UBS and why equities. Some questions included how would you choose to invest $10 million right now and what is something you want us to know that is not on your resume. One woman actually started asking some advanced statistics questions and asked me to work it out for her, which was difficult. Other than that, it was a pretty standard interview that just entailed me going through my resume and experience. The people were very friendly and did not grill me at all like in some other interviews. Just be able to speak about UBS and the position that you are applying for so that you can make a good impression on the interviewers.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in New York, NY (took a day)
After sending resume got a phone call for 1:1 interview.
Just asked if I interned before and when I could start.
They offered me the position, but only could really start working for them if i pass background and drug test.
Everything went very smooth.
Really nice people and even though I didn't get paid (only school credit) they bought me lunch every day.
