Interviewed Feb 2010 in Stamford, CT (took a day)
I first interviewed with UBS over the phone with an Operations Manager. The interview really only consisted of him talking about the position and briefly going over my resume. He didn't ask any technical questions. The interview ended with me asking a few questions about the internship and about UBS in general. I was invited for superday the next day.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Stamford, CT (took 4+ weeks)
Phone interview with current Associate. One general brain teaser which was not very difficult. Spoke mostly about past experiences that would make me suited for the position. Interviewer spent a great deal of time on his recruitment process, his day to day responsibilities, and the status of the group. Felt more like a conversation, than an interview.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Stamford, CT (took 5 days)
First interview was a one-on-one interview with lots of behavioral questions. "What would you do in this situation?" The second interview was a "superday" where you went down to the main office with all of the other candidates, sat in a room with them for a few hours, and were pulled out for two short half-hour interviews. After everyone was done, you had a team project with a few other people that were interviewing while some of the recruiters/management were watching.
Negotiation Details
I was not able to negotiate.
