Interviewed Feb 2011 in Weehawken, NJ (took 4+ weeks)
The first round 1:1 interview took place at my campus. It was very easy and very relaxed. The interviewer was very nice and we just chatted for the majority of it. Just talk about your resume.
The second round was their "super day" which had a hand full of other intern potentials. The interviews consisted of 3 1:1 interviews all back to back. It was a little tedious because they kept asking me the same questions. The day ended with all the interns given a scenario and working together as a group to solve the problem while the interviewers were watching. My advice would be to contribute in the discussion no matter what.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Weehawken, NJ (took 4+ weeks)
I had my first interview at school. It was pretty easy. Got called in for a second round superday. The superday consisted of 3 rounds of interviews with a group project in between. The interviews were pretty easy. But I don't think I did well in the group project. They responded 3 months later with a no.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Weehawken, NJ (took a day)
I was offered an interview and when I went in, I was brought into a group interview of 3 people and another 4 on a conference call. Here's the issue, they didn't ask any questions. They waited for me to ask most of the questions and I spent about 1/2 hour asking various questions about the position. I was then interviewed by the department head who told me that they had interviewed 15 or 16 people already and the team was probably just burnt out on them. I was then told that this would be the team i'd be supervising and they'd be making the decision for the boss. After 3 hours of interviews, they finally let me go home and I was basically sure I wouldn't be getting an offer. I still haven't heard, but it's quite unlikely.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Weehawken, NJ (took a day)
There was a super-day after our summer analyst program. It consisted of 3 interviews: 2 with VP's, and one with either an MD or an ED. It was easy to communicate with them, there were no technicals. They just wanted to find out about our experiences and have a conversation.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Weehawken, NJ (took 2 days)
A week before the interview, I got a call from a UBS recruiter asking if I wanted to attend the UBS Superday for Wealth Management Graduate Training Program (GTP). I had interviewed on campus a month before for a technical interview, and she got the interviewer's notes for it and said I was technically capable enough, so now they just want to bring me in for the GTP Superday to assess how I would fit into the company.
They paid for our flight there, and they housed us at a really nice hotel. We had dinner in Weehawken, NJ the night before with the rest of the candidates and some of the current GTPs. The GTPs were all recent college grads, and they all seemed very nice and down to earth. The next morning, we did a group assessment with some fellow candidates about a UBS business problem while a recruiter observed us. Then afterwards, we each had individual 1-hour long interviews with managers. The interviews that I had were not technical, with the exception of one guy asking me if I knew anything about finance and wealth management. It was mostly behavorial, with questions like tell us how you solved a difficult challenge with a group project, etc.
