Interview
First they went over resume with you. They asked quite detailed information in your resume. Second you will do a behavioral text, the questions are simple and pretty straight forward. Last you will meet with the supervisor for a one-to-one interview.

Interview is very formulaic and stressful. There is no ability to talk freely with the interviewers to get a sense of what the job will be like or how the team functions together.
