Interview Details – I applied through the university website and received an email about an interview. The first interview was with a panel of people from HR and various managers of the department I was applying for. The second interview was with the immediate managers and several of the coworkers. It seemed that the coworkers were included in the interview to find out if I would be easy to get along and work with.
