Interview Details – The hiring and interview process for me was 11 years ago. I had 2 interviews shortly after I graduated my class. I was hired after the second interview. The entire process took about 3 weeks. There was a typing skill test, eob questionaire, and general questions about work ethics.
Interview Question – Not too many were difficult and none were unexplained. View Answer
Negotiation Details – The nogotiation phase was very short. They made an offer that was very acceptable at the time.

Interview Details – Mostly behavioral based questions and basic background questions. Name strengths and weaknesses, give example of a time you had a conflict within a team, how did you resolve this conflict, what are characteristics of a good coworker, etc. Interview was fairly casual and the interviewer was dressed in laboratory uniform. Lasted about 30 minutes.
