It was just a group interview, then 1 on 1 kind of that then turned into a background check and a job offer

Interviewed May 2007 in Edison, NJ (took 2 days)
they put you in a room with a computer and give you a silly test. then you sign some stuff and leave. 3 days later you get you're background check in the mail. bring it in to the office and you're hired. if you fail the background check, call them and they will probably hire you anyway unless you killed someone or something.
