Interview was pretty good. Just be sensible and don't come with an attitude. Wear a suit or dress shirt with some chinos. No jeans and sneakers.

Applied online, called for 5AM group interview. Interview was more of a presentation, showing us what the job entailed. Short interview afterward, if you were still interested. Questions along the lines of "Can you lift 50 pounds without help?" and "Why do you want to work here?"

First was 20 minutes presentation, than 1 on 1. not realy as interview, they just asked same things you wrote in application. than they said to complete step 2 application on-line, and than i will be called. they called next day and offer to come tomorrow for orientation. I declined it cause I have already found full time job.
p.s. it is easy to get this job.

I received the phone call from UPS's HR associate the day after I submitted my resume, and got an interview on the following week. On the day of the interview, the HR associate gave me an initial interview, then asked me to do an assessment test. It has about 24 questions. However, my interview ended after that, because I did not pass it.

I applied online and they told me to come in for an interview there was a bunch of people there but it wasn't a group interview, the hr gave us a brief description of the position, then she called everyone to the back for a one on one interview. she asked the typical interview questions why do you want to work for us etc..it was a pretty interview.

they put you in a room with a computer and give you a silly test. then you sign some stuff and leave. 3 days later you get you're background check in the mail. bring it in to the office and you're hired. if you fail the background check, call them and they will probably hire you anyway unless you killed someone or something.
