Interviewed Feb 2012 (took 1 week)
The interview was scheduled at the office of human resources. The office was on site at the location were the position would exist. This was a one on one interview. Multiple candidates were interviewed for multiple positions. All positions were for part time supervisor roles. The interviewer was friendly and professional.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Hickory, NC (took a day)
I had one interview which took about 30 minutes. I did not realize that the part time supervisor hours were from 4:30 to 10 in the evening. I do not think this was stated in the add. The interview was not bad, but once I was told the hours I think one of the interviewers felt I would not be happy and would not stay in the job for long.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Wausau, WI (took 1 week)
I had a one on one interview with the HR person. It was followed by a panel interview. I then had to take some tests and i got hired soon after. Working at UPS has been wonderful and if you get a chance you should apply. The process is a bit exhausting.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Saint Cloud, MN (took 4+ weeks)
I applied for a part time supervisor position. The first interview was 1 on 1 and was very basic. The 2nd interview consisted of a panel interview 3 on 1. The 3rd interview was just the MAPP test very easy if you know basic math. Passed the test and 1 week later was informed over the phone that I did not get the job.

Interviewed Nov 2007 (took 1 week)
The last interview I had was pretty easy, but getting to that point was difficult. I had been employed in two other centers before. I transferred to the second one from the first and applied for a supervisor position in the transit. I did the required tests then, and overall that took roughly a month. After a year in the new supervisor position, I already began looking to transfer to a new location for college. However process was messed up, and I lost my chance to apply at the new location since someone else was hired. I had to quit for school, and weeks after I had moved, I heard about another opening and applied again. After a few phone conversations, I had a personal interview again. It was really frustrating to have gone two months without employment there and lose all of my seniority only to get rehired, but I am really grateful for this job because it is really helping me meet my short-term and long-term goals. I think the fact I was formerly employed by them and had org culture and safety knowledge helped, but applying in late autumn right before peak certainly helped too. They want ALL the help they can get at Christmas!
