Interviewed Jan 2012 in Middleburg Heights, OH (took 2 days)
I was interviewed by two different supervisors from two completely different departments. I was told that they would be interviewing all of the following week, but a letter was sent out that Tuesday. I also was told that I would receive feedback as to why I wasn't selected, but it was the same old found more suitable candidates. I was a few minutes late to the interview but that because of the roads were horrible with snow and I went initially to the wrong door. They both were nice though.

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took 2 days)
hired via agency, took some basic tests and declaration of skills and abilities and experience over phone, then was called again at a later date to go down to the office for a face to face interview with my current manager and a HR personnal (which is really pointless if you ask me) then answered few questions, and voila, 2 days later, the agency asked me to sign up for their contract offer

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Coppell, TX (took a day)
I applied for the Dispatch Associate I position. I've been doing dispatch for a utility company for several years and felt more than qualified. The hours they were offering were not the best 6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, and 10pm-6:30am. They gave me the impression I would start off on the night shift but could move to a new shift based on there metric system, however they were the after hours center. The pay was from 14-18 an hour. I interviewed with Jon and Randy, both nice guys on a Tuesday. Basic questions, this was more of a hands on learning job, not a you have already done it. I was told I would be contacted with a response on Friday. After not hearing from them I sent a follow-up email, still no response.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Louisville, KY (took 6 weeks)
I applied on line and received a phone interview the next day followed with a email to report in for Management Skills and Abilities Assessment tests. The email was real specific; it confirmed date, time, directions to the facility, directions to the testing building, where to park, what you need to bring (ID etc), who to ask for upon arrival; and even what to wear! After waiting over a hour the HR Rep finally appeared never apoligized only stated he didn't know I was scheduled for testing this morning. (He was copied on the email.) Note: Security was professional, phoned the HR Rep, left voice mails and actual went to his office
to let him know I was still waiting.
I passed the 1st portion of the test and was told I would be contacted with results on the 2nd part of the test. I sent 2 email requesting my results, the 1st reply was "I just got back from vacation, I'll give you feedback in the next 2 days", that didn't happen, a week later the next reply to my email was "I thought you had the results already you didn't qualifiy" The testing team was unorganized and unproffessional! A forty-two day process and a waste of my time. I now avoid all job posting for UPS AND I REALLY NEED A JOB!
