I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at US Air Force in September 2010.

Interview Details

Individual must be able to manage personnel and resources, communicate and network with outside agencies. Generate weekly schedules, track scheduled and unschedule maintenance. Review maintenance actions track and report aircraft status.

  • Nothing difficult or unexpected about the interview process. Experience and technical/mechanical ability is a plus.   Answer Question

Negotiation process was very easy. Shift preference and the ability to pursue a higher education was a plus.
