Interviewed Nov 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took a day)
It was a one on one interview with the manager the interview was brief she asked me a few customer service related questions. The interview seemed that it went great. At the end she said I would hear from them in a few weeks. A few weeks went and past and I had to call back to HR to get a response. About a day after I got an email saying they went with another candidate, its a little fishy if you ask me...

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 2 weeks)
The interview process for the Pricing/Yield Analyst position is exactly the same as described on this site (i.e. phone screen, group interview, probability/stats and basic arithmetic test). When you pass the phone screen they then invite you for the face to face where they fly you out to PHX.
In the face to face interviews there are 3 sets with 2 interviewers separately. All with the SAME questions, all with the SAME dry and rigid personality. Oh and then you get to have an awkward lunch with some guy who doesn't really seem all that happy (in my honest opinion). Somewhere in between the interviews and lunch you take the skills test. Another post mentioned they tended to hired theater majors. Seriously? SMH
All in all, I was very relieved I did not get the offer because it would have been a major personality downgrade for me in my opinion. These guys are way too SERIOUS and it shows in their demeanor and lack of personality. They rarely smile and yes, as mentioned in the previous reviews, they rarely make eye contact. At first I thought it was the nature of the job but really how hard can it be to be an analyst?
If you get called to interview and decide to go for the free flight and lunch remember the following:
- don't smile; and
- don't make eye contact.
Do the above and you just may have a shot!

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Phoenix, AZ (took a day)
Hiring process was fine. Very easy and quick. A bit too easy actually which kind of made me question why they would hire almost about anyone unless they were living on the street. Group interviews, one on ones, etc....

Interviewed May 2011 (took 1 week)
I was interviewed with director of revenue accounting about 10 interview questions. Learn as much about the company as you can before your interview. Show them what can you do for the company. Make a list of those questions you anticipate they might ask you and decide how you will answer these questions.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Tempe, AZ (took a day)
There were several months in between when I applied for the position on line and when I received a call requesting an interview. After that though, the process moved fairly quickly. The interview itself consisted of many behavioral questions, and although it was very structured, it wasn't intimidating. I only had to wait about 2 weeks to hear back, which was pretty good considering the holidays were going on here. Overall I was pleased with the process, my interviewers were very friendly and approachable! They were more than willing to answer all of my questions as well.
