    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at US Department of Defense in January 2010.

    Interview

Receive a call for an interview and accepted the interview as scheduled. It appeared the manager and his assistance were present. The manager handed me a paper with a set of questions (1-6) I recall. However, the manager first pick his first 3-4 questions related to task based on my experience histories. No wrong or right answers I thought but did the best I can using my ability to executes and given the process sample on how I accomplish my tasks.

The assistant or lead supervisor I should say, has some kind of set back as I noticed. Basically the manager has the same grade level that i am but acccepted the interview anyway for the location besides that I know that I am perfectly fit to the position I applied for. I have done it and familiar with the concept of the QA program since I was once held a Quality Assurance Supervisor. The interiew lasted about 40-45 minutes. But before the closing I was told they'll let me know the outcome of the interview since there's one more candidate they have to interview the following monday. When weeks past I called the manager, being so anxious to know how my interview went or wondering if I get pick from theposition . The manager replied that he pick the other candidate and stating that he did better in the interview. So the position is no longer available and filled. Unfortunately 2 months later the same position, at that same agency was posted again. So I applied to that same position. But prior to that I called the HR to make sure if it was exactly that same position. I was told correct. I applied electronically but later resulted that I was not qualified and didn't meet the requirements for the position announcement.
