Interviewed Oct 2009 in San Francisco, CA (took 9 months)
Started with written exam, followed by submission of 6 short essays. Once invited to the Oral Assessment portion of the interview, look forward to a structured group exercise, a one on one (or one on two) interview, and a case management exercise. It's a full day, and it's quite daunting.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, a Skills Test and a Background Check.
