Interviewed Feb 2012 in Norristown, PA (took 5 days)
Standard phone and 1:1 interview with some standard questions. Very polite HR person and manager. They didn't seem to be in a rush to make a hire. I ended up having to contact them after each interview and eventually recieved an offer. I liked that parts of the interview were clearly geared to this particular position.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Weekend work and being on call without any pay difference. It is a salary based position without a set schedule. The pay was fair for a standard 9-5 mon-fri, but not when you may be asked to work 12 hour shifts without any extra compensation.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

The interview process was easy and laid back. No heavy questions. The basis questions were asked. Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work here? What qualities do you have that will make you successful at this job? And I was asked questions about my back ground information. Overall the interview was easy and informative.
