I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at US Marine Corps in October 2009.

Interview Details – The first thing for your interview process is for you to prepare yourself physical and mental cause your books wont go with you or your morals wont go with you.. knowledge and maturity are the basics than on the corp will take care of the rest.

Interview Question – The most difficult times are the time where you can't explain yourself why things are done the way they get done.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – My phase was smooth, offered 4 years Active and 4 years inactive.
