Basically good overall conditon and talk to a recruiter and sign up. The basic physical capabillity minimum is three pull ups, 54 crunches in two minutes, and a three mile run in under 28 minutes. the other requirement is to take the ASVAB test not only will it tell them if you smart enough but also the high your score the greater your job options will be.

It is hard right now becouse of the down draw and millitary budget cuts but there are still bonuses out their don't be afraid to ask the recruiter about it although you might not get one.
