Staff Sergeant Interview

Staff Sergeant
Indianapolis, IN

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at US Marine Corps.

Interview Details – The recruiting process was simple due to the increase of manpower for the Corps at the time. As long as you can pass the physical requirements and the ASVAB, you will be good to go. Listen to your recruiter as he won't steer you wrong!

Interview Question – The hardest part to deal with is the mind game of recruit training. If you get through that you will be golden.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – no negotiating with the Marines.
